This Privacy Policy explains how this application ("the Service"), operated by Alex Bingham ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you connect a social media account (such as Instagram or TikTok) for artist management and analytics purposes.

Information We Collect

When you authorize the Service to connect to Instagram or TikTok, we receive and store:

  • An access token (and, for TikTok, a refresh token) issued by that platform, and its expiration.
  • Your connected account's username or display name, so the connection is identifiable.
  • With your authorization, profile and performance data made available by the platform's API for the connected account (e.g. posts, video statistics, and audience insights).

We never see or store your Instagram or TikTok password. Authentication happens directly with Instagram or TikTok through their standard OAuth flow.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to display and analyze performance metrics for accounts you have authorized, for internal artist management and reporting purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Access tokens and related account data are stored in access-controlled infrastructure (AWS) and used only to make authorized API calls to Instagram or TikTok on your behalf.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. Data collected through this Service is used exclusively for internal artist management and analytics.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain connection data for as long as your account remains connected or as needed for analytics purposes. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from your Instagram or TikTok account settings. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.

Third-Party Platforms

This Service integrates with Instagram (Meta) and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control.

Cookies

The Service sets a short-lived, security-only cookie during the account-connection flow to prevent cross-site request forgery. It is deleted once the connection completes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed at children and is not intended for their use.
