These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this application ("the Service"), operated by Alex Bingham ("we", "us"). By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
The Service connects to social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, on behalf of authorized artist accounts in order to retrieve and display performance analytics for artist management purposes.
Access
Access to the Service is limited to individuals with a valid, authorized link. We may restrict or revoke access at any time.
Account Connections & Authorization
By connecting an Instagram or TikTok account, you authorize the Service to access data made available under the permissions you grant during that platform's OAuth flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Instagram or TikTok account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
Ownership
You retain all rights to your content and account data. We claim no ownership over data retrieved from your connected accounts and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Platforms
Your use of Instagram, TikTok, or any other connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including revoking a previously issued link.
